The George Bell Youth Opportunity Fund Scholarship is available to qualified students graduating from an accredited high school in Illinois or current college students who graduated from an accredited high school in Illinois. The award may be used only for college education expenses (e.g., tuition, fees, books and housing) and will be awarded based on a student’s academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, personal essay and unusual personal or family circumstances.
